Shipping & Delivery

As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will automatically receive an email confirmation including the tracking number. With this number you can then directly look at the respective shipping service provider where your order is currently located.

If the order is not yet ready for shipment, the colleagues from customer service can correct the address for you. You can reach us by mail at support@mydartpfeil.com or by phone at 030 92374747. Please always have your order number ready, then the colleagues will find you easier in our systems.

Your order is usually ready for shipment within 24 hours and on its way to you. For personalized products, the processing time can be up to 48 hours, depending on the season. With express shipping you will receive your delivery the next day, with standard shipping the goods are usually in 1-3 days with you.

All orders within Germany are free of shipping costs from an order value of 20€. If you are below that, we will charge you 4,95€ shipping costs at the checkout. Regardless of the order value, you can choose express shipping within Germany for 9,95€.

Once you have received your order confirmation, the order goes directly into processing. It is no longer possible to add or remove anything.

We are happy to deliver your order to a DHL Packstation. Please enter your DHL customer number and the number of the Packstation in the delivery address.

No, you do not have to pay shipping costs for returns within Germany. For all other returns from abroad, the sender bears the return shipping costs.

Your order will be shipped with our partner DHL by default. Depending on the size and weight of the order, it will be sent as a merchandise mail or parcel. Orders with express shipping will be shipped with DHL Express regardless of the size.

In addition to a personalized dedication, we hand-pack each of your orders and ensure that your unique darts find their way to you safely and completely.

All orders to Austria cost 6,95€ or 8,95€ depending on the weight. For deliveries to all other European countries like Switzerland, Netherlands or Belgium we charge 7,95€ or 11,95€. All further information about shipping and delivery can be found here.

You can specify a billing address and an additional shipping address when ordering. Both do not have to be identical, so can differ from each other

We offer express delivery via DHL Express. This is delivered the next business day if the order is received by us before 12 pm. It costs 9,95€ and is only possible within Germany.

Return & Refund

You can return your order within the statutory cancellation period of 14 days. Please contact our customer service via mail (support@mydartpfeil.com) stating your order number and within the return period. Excluded are of course personalized products, as these have been customized especially for you. Which products are all considered personalized products, you can find further under.

Personalized products are excluded from exchange. Payment

We offer you various payment options and an encrypted connection for a transparent and secure purchase: SEPA direct debit, PayPal, credit card, Klarna (purchase on account), Klarna (installment payment), SOFORT Überweisung, IDeal, Bancontact, eps-Überweisung.

In the case of purchase on account, also in the case of installment purchase, a risk assessment is carried out in the background. In case of a negative evaluation, the payment method on account is rejected. This can be based on various reasons. For example, address entry is not correct or you currently have too many open invoice purchases at the same time.

With Klarna you can easily pay your orders by invoice or installment. You can view and manage all your purchases at any time in the Klarna app and pay Klarna directly after your agreed payment period.

The configurator is self-explanatory and guides you from tip, barrel and shaft to the flight along the dart. For all four elements you have various choices in shape, color, size, weight, etc. For questions about the individual elements, you can use the info button at the bottom of the selection field. A dart set also consists of 3 individual darts. So many are needed in the sport of darts for a throw. Also your own darts to customize are shipped as a set of 3 individual darts.

Products & Vouchers

Personalized products at myDartpfeil are all products that are individually assembled according to your wishes or are printed or engraved with your motifs, texts, etc.. This includes all darts from the dart configurator, printed dartboard, printed dart surrounds and printed dart flights.

Surely, everyone likes to get gift vouchers and you could choose them in our store with the amount of your choice. The vouchers are automatically sent by mail - either to the buyer or also directly to the recipient.

You can upload multiple images and logos to your dart flight to create your own flight design, so you can build your own collage. This one created design will then be printed identically on all four sides, meaning you can't create a new design for each side of the flight. Also, all 8 sets (24 pieces) will be printed identically with the one same flight design.

The red line traces the tolerance range for the print. You should place texts and foreground motifs within the tolerance range to ensure that logos, heads or lettering are also printed. Background images, on the other hand, must be placed up to the edge of the flight so that there are no empty margins.

Only flights with a thickness of 100 microns are suitable for aluminum shafts. Flights with a thickness of 150 microns are very difficult to pull on aluminum shafts.

Micron is a unit of measurement and in this case indicates the thickness of the flight. The higher the number, the thicker and more stable the flight is, but the flexibility also decreases.
