A shipment of the goods is standardly only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the volume and shipping method of your order, shipping is done by Deutsche Post, DPD or DHL. You can find the respective shipping costs in the table below.

If different articles with different shipping costs are ordered with the standard shipping method or express shipping method within one order, the higher shipping cost will be charged once for each order.
The flat shipping rate includes the statutory value added tax. Since the VAT on the flat shipping rate is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it can not be higher, but only lower in your favor.
The shipping costs are again clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Alternatively, we recommend using the service of MeinEinkauf.ch for deliveries to Switzerland. You can find all information at MeinEinkauf .ch. All customs formalities and the delivery to your door will then be taken care of by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly and already customs cleared.
The period for delivery shall begin to run on the day after conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a state-recognized general holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods as a whole.
