Shipping policy

Goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size and shipping method of your order, shipping is carried out by DHL or DHL Express.

The delivery time to Germany is usually 1-3 working days. However, the delivery time may be longer during peak periods.

The shipping costs for each shipping zone can be found in the table below.

If different items with different flat-rate shipping costs are ordered within one order using the standard shipping method or express shipping method, the higher flat-rate shipping costs will be charged once for each order. The flat-rate shipping costs include the statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher, but only lower in your favor.

The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Alternatively, we recommend using theMeinEinkauf.ch service for deliveries to Switzerland. You can find all information atMeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your front door will then be handled byMeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly and already cleared through customs.

Information on calculating the delivery time

The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment as a whole.
