Where is my order and can I track it?
As soon as your order is ready for shipping, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email including the tracking number. You can then use this number to check directly with the respective shipping service provider where your order is currently located.
I entered the wrong address. How can I change these?
If the order is not yet ready for shipping, our customer service colleagues can correct the address for you. You can reach us by email at support@mydartpfeil.com or by phone at 030 92374747. Please always have your order number ready so that our colleagues will find you more easily in our systems.
When can I expect my delivery?
Your order is usually ready for dispatch and on its way to you within 24 hours. For personalized products, the processing time can be up to 48 hours depending on the season. With express shipping you will receive your delivery the next day, with standard shipping the goods will usually be with you in 1-3 days.
How much does shipping cost within Germany?
All orders within Germany are free of charge for orders over €20. If you are below this, we will charge you €4.95 shipping costs at checkout. Regardless of the order value, you can choose express shipping within Germany for €9.95.
I would like to add something to my order. Is this possible?
As soon as you have received your order confirmation, the order will be processed immediately. It is no longer possible to add or remove anything.
Can my delivery also be delivered to the DHL Packstation?
We would be happy to have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation. Please include your DHL customer number and the packing station number in the delivery address.
Will I incur shipping costs if I return something?
No, you will not incur any shipping costs for returns within Germany. For all other returns from abroad, the sender bears the return shipping costs.
Which service provider will my order be delivered with?
By default, your order will be shipped with our partner DHL. Depending on the size and weight of the order, it will be sent by post or parcel. Orders with express shipping are shipped with DHL Express regardless of size.
How are the products packaged?
In addition to a personal dedication, we pack each of your orders by hand and ensure that your unique darts find their way to you safely and completely.
How much does shipping abroad cost?
All orders to Austria cost €7.95 or €12.95 depending on weight. For deliveries to all other European countries such as Switzerland, the Netherlands or Belgium we charge between €7.95 and €19.95. You can find all further information about shipping and delivery here .
Can I specify a delivery address that is different from the billing address?
When ordering, you can specify a billing address and also a delivery address. Both do not have to be identical, so they can differ from each other
What is express delivery and when will it arrive to me?
We offer express delivery via DHL Express. This will be delivered within Germany on the next working day if the order is received before 12 p.m. You can find the prices and delivery times for all countries worldwide here .

Which payment methods are available?
We offer you various payment options and an encrypted connection for a transparent and secure purchase: PayPal, credit card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard), Amazon Pay, Klarna (purchase on account, installment payment, direct debit), SOFORT transfer, IDeal, Bancontact, eps- Transfer.
Why can't I pay by invoice?
When purchasing on account or in installments, a risk check is carried out in the background. In the event of a negative review, the payment method on account will be rejected. This can be based on various reasons. E.g. address entry not correct or that you currently have too many open invoice purchases running at the same time.

Can I cancel my order if it has not yet been shipped?

I have not received an order confirmation. What do i have to do?
Please check your SPAM mailbox first to see if the order confirmation is there by mistake. Otherwise, please contact our customer service at support@mydartpfeil.com. The colleagues will then look in the system to see what the problem is. It will definitely be solved quickly and you will receive your confirmation immediately.

Personalized products at myDartpfeil are all products that are individually put together according to your wishes or are printed or engraved with your motifs, texts, etc. This includes all darts from the dart configurator, printed dart boards, printed dart surrounds and printed dart flights.
Can I give away a myDartpfeil voucher?
Of course, everyone likes to receive vouchers as a gift and you could easily purchase them in our shop. The vouchers are automatically sent by email – either to the buyer or directly to the recipient.

Can I print several motifs on one flight?
You can upload several images and logos to your dart flight to create your own flight design, so you can, for example, build your own collage. This one created design is then printed identically on all four sides, meaning you cannot create a new design for each side of the flight. In addition, all 8 sets (24 pieces) are printed identically with the same flight design.
What is the red line in Flight Designer for?
The red line traces the tolerance range for the pressure. You should place texts and foreground motifs within the tolerance range to ensure that logos, heads or lettering are also printed. Background images, on the other hand, must be placed right up to the edge of the flight so that there are no empty edges.

Why doesn't my plastic flight fit the aluminum shaft?
Only flights with a thickness of 100 microns are suitable for aluminum shafts. Flights with a thickness of 150 microns are very difficult to pull onto aluminum shafts.

What is the maximum number of letters I can have engraved on my darts?

How can I create a personal customer account?
